Fall living room update

Hi guys! Hope you’ve had a lovely week. Mine has been great, since it was my birthday on sunday and I got to spend it in my favorite city, Barcelona!

But let’s circle back to our home, and more specifically, the living room. I’ve always had a love-hate relationship with this space. When we first moved in it was a bit of an underloved mish mash of things from our previous place because all of the renovation budget had gone to the reno. Since the changes in the living room went slowly, it has been a bit of a frustrating endeaver for me.

At the same time, it’s without a doubt the room that’s had the most subtle changes going on all the time since we lived here. (Examples here and here) And it’s been only a year since I’ve considered the room to be somewhat finished and designed. I did a big blogpost on the reveal and the whole process here.

Which brings me to… now! I felt like I wanted to brighten up the space a bit and add some different colours, which is right around the time when JUTTU asked me to select some of my favorite pieces from their shop. Which is lovely for me, since I like theis interiors section so much. Also I wouldn’t be me if my fingers hadn’t started itching to pick up a paint brush. Subject of choice: the coffee table. It already got 2 coats of Farrow & Ball Pink Ground (which I still had from this project) but it still needs a third and I’m giving it a high gloss finish after, just for fun, ha.

Enough talking, let’s see those pics. Be sure to check out my favorites on the Juttu blog, and find all the resources below.DSCF9491
