Marijs took a trip to Paris just last weekend, and this week, it was my turn. Tuesday, my mom and I went to a fair for Lily and the Lady and on wednesday we went strolling around the city to get inspired. We had a very nice time, something to recover from the busy end of season sale and prepare for our new collections. Here are some of the things we did:
Sleeping at Hôtel Jules et Jim
This hotel has been open for a month and I can only say: beautiful rooms, impeccable service. Oh, and best beds ever!
11 rue des Gravilliers
Yummy dinner at Le Taxi Jaune
13 Rue Chapon
Shopping at Merci
111 Boulevard Beaumarchais
Ra 13’s little brother turned out to be a beautiful retail space with unique pieces (much like the one in Antwerp). I just loved the boudoir feeling of the place. But you know how I feel, you can take me back to the 1920s anytime.
14 Rue de la Corderie
Orange trousers: Zara
Coat: Mardi Jeudi
Scarf: Stolen from my mom’s closet
Bag: Proenza Schouler
Earings: handcrafted earrings from Mali, bought at Jozefien in Antwerp
